Mainline

Functional Fitness

These classes are at the core of our timetable. They blend strength and fitness to provide you with a well rounded program that has a progressive build. Designed for all levels to achieve measurable results.

Barbell Club

Squats, Deadlifts, Presses & Olympic lifts

These classes are designed to help members build strength and technique as well as confidence using a barbell. For beginners to expert lifters the barbell club is a supportive environment to learn and push limits.

Wattbike Sessions

Combines functional fitness & endurance

On a Sunday we have a big Hyrox session which is a fun way to get a taste of the race!

The focus not only on the training required to compete in Hyrox but the form, the techniques and the race tactics required.

Hyrox Sundays

Indoor bike training 

The wattbike is a high performance indoor bike trainer used to improve fitness, endurance and cycling performance. These sessions are great for building your engine, general fitness and hybrid training.

‘All In’

Saturday Throwdown

Every Saturday we sweat it out together in a big ‘All in’ workout designed to push your limits and bring the smiles.

Open Gym

Freedom to train on your own terms

Use the gym to follow your own programme, for extra hyrox prep or simply to move in a way that suits you. We have the functional area as well as the wattbike studio with treadmills.

Engine

Build an engine

These classes focus on building your engine using primarily a mix of running and machine based workouts.

Strong Mum Club

A session for the mums!

These classes are designed to get our mums together in a supportive environment working out to build strength and fitness.

Personal Training

One to one or small group option

Is there something specific you wish to work on, we offer personal training with our coaches. This can be one to one or in a small group of up to 3.
